MicroTouch Controller - Communication or Bad Cable Connection Errors
The communication between the controller and generator are out of sync or disconnected. The connection pins are bent on either the controller and or generator.
- Flip the breaker OFF to all the components (generator, the Light & Music system or Solitude WiFi Module (SWM) if applicable)
- Disconnect and reconnect all the yellow data connections verifying that pins are lined up correctly and are not damaged. Hand tight the connection then "push-in" the cable attachment bracket slightly more to assure the connection.
PLEASE NOTE: The cables are “keyed” and they need to line up accordingly
- Once you verified the yellow data connection flip the breaker ON for the generator then within 10 seconds flip the breaker ON for Light & Music system followed by SWM if applicable.
