To ensure that your unit is expedited through our Evaluation Department please follow these instructions carefully:
WRITE YOUR EVA NUMBER in two places on the outside of the box.
1. Be certain to drain all water from your generator before packaging the unit for shipment.
2. Remove any non-factory connections or hardware. Non-factory parts will not be returned, unions, cables, pipe fittings, drain pans, etc.
3. All Factory parts must come in with the generator, including the following:
- Pressure Relief Valve
- Steam Nipple
- Water Inlet
- PowerFlush ball valve (SS UNITS ONLY)
- Access Panel
- Power Cord
- ½” UNION (PRO UNITS ONLY)
*If uncertain if a factory fitting, contact ThermaSol Support*
4. Pack your generator in an appropriately sized box.
If advised to send control, please package separately from the generator; Do NOT cut the pigtail on control as it will VOID your warranty.
5. Before sealing the package be sure to write on a piece of paper the following information and enclose it with the generator:
Name, Address & Evaluation Number
6. Seal the box with packing tape.
7. We suggest that you return your generator via a traceable method of shipment such as UPS or FedEx. Retain the tracking number and your receipt in your files. We are not responsible for units that do not have proof of delivery. If opted for ThermaSol’s prepaid label please print and attach to box.
8. FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY: You are responsible for any duties and customs fees associated with sending your product in or receiving product back from ThermaSol.
