ThermaTouch - Bluetooth (ver. 10.0.10)

There are two options for pairing Bluetooth devices:

1. Pair with Bluetooth source device
2. Pair with Bluetooth speaker

1. Pair with Bluetooth source device

This link is between a Thermasol Light & Sound device and another source device. The ThermaTouch Music screen controls the Light & Sound device, which acts like a Bluetooth speaker. This option is only available if the Light & Sound device is connected to the control's CAN bus.

Step 1

On the ThermaTouch, select the Music tab from top bar:

Touch the Bluetooth button to enable:

Step 2

On the source device, go to Bluetooth settings. Turn on Bluetooth and select device THERMASOL_SLSR from the list. See examples from some devices below:

Notes

The Light & Sound speaker will remember devices that have paired with it and connect to them automatically. When you touch the Power button on ThermaTouch, the Bluetooth is disabled. However, when you select a user from the User screen the speaker may connect to any device that is in range and has previously been paired. For this reason, it's best to forget the THERMASOL_SLSR from your mobile device after you are finished using it.

2. Pair with Bluetooth speaker

This link is between the ThermaTouch and another manufacturer's Bluetooth speaker.

Step 1

On the ThermaTouch, go to Settings > Bluetooth:

Touch Pair new device:

Put the speaker in pairing mode at this time

Step 3

Select it on the ThermaTouch screen:

Verify that the device now shows Active under the Available devices:

You can use any app on the ThermaTouch to source the audio for this speaker.

Notes

The functions on the Music tab will not control other manufacturer's devices. Do not use the Music screen if you have connected a Bluetooth speaker other than Thermasol's Light & Sound:
